Jason Trindade (CEO)
I am the CEO of Proximity Capital and my main focus is the economy, financial markets, and investment banking. I founded Proximity Capital, a Private Equity Firm focused on commercial investments backed by real estate. I have the crystal ball when it comes to the economy and consistently predict market trends in hospitality and multifamily 18-24 months in advance with accuracy that is unmatched in the industry.
I have 20+ years experience in real estate and hold licenses as a Business Broker, Real Estate Broker, and Property Manager. I was also a mortgage broker for 10 years at the start of my career and personally developed my own underwriting systems and models that analyze the risks and returns on all of our commercial real estate investments. I am an expert at deal structure, brand management, business management, sales, marketing, and high net worth tax strategies.
I am currently the General Partner on various investments in hospitality, gas, retail, and franchise brands. I am consistently able to attract high quality talent to our team and identify low risk investments with high rates of returns that drive the rapid growth of our portfolio.

Kyle Stephenson, D.O. (Investor Relations)
Kyle started his real estate portfolio through his company AKS Capital before teaming up with experienced operators in large Multifamily deals and hotels. Kyle has been investing in real estate syndications since 2021. In just a short amount of time, he has investments in over 1,000 doors, which includes hotels, multifamily, self-storage units, and commercial properties in Indiana, North Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, and South Carolina.
He also hosts “The Assets and Orthopedics” Podcast, introducing physicians to high net-worth investment strategies that can be utilized to grow long-term wealth as a passive or active investor. Kyle is a Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon who practices in Indianapolis, IN. He enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with his wife, Andrea and kids.
Trace Gregg (Chief Development Officer)
Trace Gregg is an expert in the field of construction management with a specific focus on budget analysis in the areas of all MEPF’s as well as structural and civil work. Mr. Gregg has over 40 years in the industry and has branched out to every aspect of construction from field operations to boardroom review and acceptance. He is currently working directly for the owner of Fontainebleau, a multibillion-dollar Highrise Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He is responsible for overseeing and approving the construction budgets and creating GMP’s for several venues. He has been a project manager for numerous general contractors including Turner Construction Company building sporting event complexes and mission critical Data Centers, AECOM Tishman Construction & AECOM Hunt, building Highrise commercial properties in San Fransisco and Las Vegas, Nevada, Parsons Corporation constructing military level Headquarters and Housing for the Royal Commission in KSA.
Jasdeep Singh M.D. (Partner)
"JD" Jasdeep Singh, M.D., comes from an intense academic background, a former medical doctor that left medicine to pursue his passion and expand his commercial real estate portfolio. Throughout his experience, he has been involved in over 200,000,000 dollars in acquisitions and sales. His portfolio includes hotels, self-storages, office spaces, light industrials (flexspace), mobile home parks, He is known in the industry, as a creative thinker and someone who is known for his unique ideas for cashflow and strategies to maximize the sale. His innovative ways help to leverage our growth, and his creative input has compelled us into new amazing opportunities.
Eric Hooiman (Partner)
Eric Hooiman is recognized for his knack for rescuing struggling businesses and transforming them into thriving ventures. With a background in business, engineering, gold mining, and entrepreneurship, Eric's journey is marked by his unwavering determination and innovative approach to problem-solving. After his career in mining, Eric ventured into real estate and other business ventures alongside his wife Tera, who shares his business savvy. Together, they've owned and managed various enterprises, including apartment buildings. Eric's ability to improve businesses stems from his knack for effective management and strategic growth. He believes in simplifying processes, utilizing resources wisely, and constantly innovating to enhance business performance.
