I founded Proximity Capital, a Private Equity Firm focused on commercial investments backed by real estate. I have 20+ years experience in real estate and hold licenses as a Business Broker, Real Estate Broker, and Property Manager. I was also a mortgage broker for 10 years at the start of my career and personally developed my own underwriting systems and models that analyze the risks and returns on all of our commercial real estate investments. I am an expert at deal structure, brand management, business management, sales, marketing, and high net worth tax strategies.

Kyle started his real estate portfolio through his company AKS Capital before teaming up with experienced operators in large Multifamily deals and hotels. Kyle has been investing in real estate syndications since 2021. In just a short amount of time, he has investments in over 1,000 doors, which includes hotels, multifamily, self-storage units, and commercial properties in Indiana, North Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, and South Carolina.
He also hosts “The Assets and Orthopedics” Podcast, introducing physicians to high net-worth investment strategies that can be utilized to grow long-term wealth as a passive or active investor. Kyle is a Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon who practices in Indianapolis, IN. He enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with his wife, Andrea and kids.
Trace Gregg is an expert in the field of construction management with a specific focus on budget analysis in the areas of all MEPF’s as well as structural and civil work. Mr. Gregg has over 40 years in the industry and has branched out to every aspect of construction from field operations to boardroom review and acceptance. He is currently working directly for the owner of Fontainebleau, a multibillion-dollar Highrise Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He is responsible for overseeing and approving the construction budgets and creating GMP’s for several venues. He has been a project manager for numerous general contractors including Turner Construction Company building sporting event complexes and mission critical Data Centers, AECOM Tishman Construction & AECOM Hunt, building Highrise commercial properties in San Fransisco and Las Vegas, Nevada, Parsons Corporation constructing military level Headquarters and Housing for the Royal Commission in KSA.

Throughout his experience, he has been involved in over 200,000,000 dollars in acquisitions and sales.
